What is MFA, and why is it essential?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of protection by requiring users to enter a one-time-use code sent to their phone or email before accessing the patient portal.
How it works
During the first login on a particular device, a one-time code will be sent to your registered phone number or email.
Devices can be marked as trusted to avoid repeated MFA verification.
Once you register a device, you don’t need to repeat the above step. You may need to do it only if you are adding another device.
Patients are advised to ensure they have the latest version of Myindici for a smooth login experience
