Paying Your Account

There are four ways you can pay your account at Hamilton East Medical Centre:

1. At Reception

2. Automatic Payment
To help you manage your healthcare costs you are able to set up an automatic payment so that consultation charges can be met when you need one. Complete the automatic payment form and return to your bank.

3. Internet Banking

Credit card payment

We are accepting credit card payments on the phone and through email requests.
To pay through email, please download the credit card payment form and email it to hemc@hemc.co.nz.
Alternatively, you can call us, and we can process the payment over the phone.

Our Fees and Payments

Please note that non-attendance may incur a charge.

General information about Hamilton East Medical Centre charges

A $15.00 administration fee may be added to the cost of your consultation if not paid for on the day.

The administration fee will be removed if the invoice is paid in full within five working days.
