Paying Your Account

There are four ways you can pay your account at Hamilton East Medical Centre:

1. At Reception

2. Automatic Payment
To help you manage your healthcare costs you are able to set up an automatic payment so that consultation charges can be met when you need one. Complete the automatic payment form and return to your bank.

3. Internet Banking

We are accepting credit card payments on the phone, please give us call with your reference detail

Our Fees and Payments

Attention Community Service Cardholders (CSC): Please be aware that when you book a double appointment, the second appointment will be charged at the standard rate. For instance, an adult CSC cardholder will be charged $20.00 plus $62.50, totalling $82 for a double appointment.

General information about Hamilton East Medical Centre charges

A $15.00 administration fee may be added to the cost of your consultation if not paid for on the day.

The administration fee will be removed if the invoice is paid in full within five working days.

Please note that non-attendance may incur a charge.
